THE PROJECT
Headquarter of BLOM Development Bank including BLOM branch, a multistory building consisting of 9 basement floors, a ground floor, & 8 upper floors, with a total built up area of about 10500 m2.

SCOPE OF WORK
Structural Works: including appropriate shoring system (Diaphragm wall with anchors & nails), all reinforced concrete elements & post tensioned slabs & beams.
Architectural & Interior Works: including all interior & exterior finishing works, & all furnishing, doors, windows, cladding, glass & metals works.
Electrical Works: Including all electrical systems (Lighting, Power, Low Current, Intrusion)
Mechanical Works: Including all mechanical systems (Plumbing, HVAC, Fire fighting)

THE PROJECT
Maarad 168 was damaged during the course of the civil war. MODEC strengthened the existing structure, created a new basement by underpinning the existing building, restored the stone facades back to their original condition, and did all MEP work. MODEC’s scope also included architectural works and internal finishes.

THE PROJECT
Foch 230 was severely damaged during the civil war. The building caught fire during the war and sustained consistent water damage over the course of 20 years. MODEC strengthened the existing structure, created a new basement by underpinning, restored the facades back to their original condition, and did all MEP work. MODEC scope also included architectural works & internal finishes.
